Who we are
AAA Siding LLC is a family-owned siding contractor based in Auburn, Washington, in business since 2005.
We install siding on new single-family homes, new multifamily buildings, and remodels. Most of our work is fiber cement.
We are adding public and commercial bid work, as a prime contractor on siding projects and as a siding subcontractor to general contractors.

What we do
- Siding replacement and reclad. Removing failed siding and re-siding occupied homes and buildings.
- New construction siding. Single-family homes and multifamily buildings, built to the plans and specifications.
- Fiber cement. Lap, panel, and board and batten profiles.
- Trim, flashing, and water-resistive barrier. The weather barrier, window and door flashing, and trim that go in with the siding.
- Siding repair. Replacing damaged sections and fixing the cause.
How we document work
Our crews photograph every job from start to finish: before, damage found, sheathing and water-resistive barrier, window and door flashing, siding install, final, and cleanup.
Each stage has a checklist of required shots, so the weather barrier and flashing on each wall are on record before they are covered.
At the end of the job the photos make up a closeout record that we can hand to the owner, the general contractor, or the envelope consultant.
